COVER LETTER 

Experience Project Manager. Project Management is close to my nature, planning agendas and small details, which widely impact the bigger picture. I keep my focus on the target and adjust my actions based on the obstacles that might occur during the process. My strength is to be a team leader, I will find the right components for the event and combine them into a harmony. Project Management skills and experience are needed while planning a private event (jubilee or wedding, over 75 events), business events & conferences over (400 events), internal & external communication and project based special events.

 

Experience Creative Director, Copywriter, Communication Specialist. On my own or with the support from the tram, I analyze the situation and expectations, offer ideas which benefit the goal and succeed the plan. Different projects often start with a conceptual draft of an idea, which provides the first feeling between the provider and the buyer, that the mind is moving the same way. Setting targeting messages, providing content and directing it via homepages, social media platforms, intranet and external communications channels. I consider important, that a social media post is thought provoking, engaging, and educating. A lot of value is possible to create by writing articles.

 

Experience Team Leader. Managing all sub-cos of the project and leading the entire team (whether it is 20 or 50 people). Assuring open communication and reporting between the company and the service provider. For example, running a team of 10-30 in a fair for 3 days for an international client or leading a team and campaign program for 2 days in a shopping center.

 

Experience marketeer and Budget Holder. All the above-mentioned skills are relevant in marketing and planning and sticking to budgets, followed by in-depth analysis.

 

Experienced Host, Moderator, Interviewer. 18 seasons and more than 1000 events with the audience from 15-3000 people. I have organized and moderated conferences in more than 120 occasions.  As a moderator and host, I always find the best style to communicate and pass on the message in an engaging way to capture my audience. In-depth preparation work helps to combine all keynote speakers, presenters & performers into one underlying wholesome.
